Refund policy

Cancellations

We have a 30-day Cancellation policy, which means you may cancel your booking for a full refund anytime prior to 30 days before the first day of your scheduled rental.

Due to the complexities of travel, we strongly recommend you purchase separate travel interruption/cancellation insurance.  Cancellation requests initiated within 30 days of your vehicle rental commencement cannot be accommodated.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your cancellation request.  If the request is made within the cancellation period (greater than 30 days prior to the first day of booking) then we will begin the refund and advise you of such.  You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
