The SPC Performance 35101 Replacement Ball Joint Kit is a premium, next-generation suspension refresh engineered specifically for trucks equipped with SPC adjustable upper control arms (UCAs). Designed to replace worn, high-mileage, or older-generation joints, this kit features a completely redesigned, maintenance-free architecture built to handle severe off-road abuse, heavy wheel articulation, and harsh trail debris. By removing the traditional grease zerk and moving to an advanced, fully sealed configuration, SPC has eliminated the risk of premature wear caused by lack of regular trail servicing.

Key Features & Engineering Upgrades

Fully Sealed, Maintenance-Free Boot: Features a specialized rubber boot that permanently locks a modern, high-lubricity grease formula inside while completely sealing out water, mud, and trail grit.
Heavy-Duty Articulation & Strength: Built with an oversized 36mm ball joint that allows up to 80° of high-clearance suspension movement. The forged ball stud features a 25% increase in neck cross-section over factory joints for exceptional shear strength on lifted vehicles.
Advanced Corrosion Defense: The high-strength forged steel housing features a protective exterior coating, while the ball stud is treated with a specialized E-nickel finish to prevent internal rust and binding.
Camber & Caster Adjustability: Built-in sliding and rotating offsets allow alignment technicians to fine-tune steering geometry independently on lifted trucks.
Spindle Gusset Compatibility: Engineered with extended threads on the ball stud, ensuring plenty of clearance for the most popular aftermarket spindle gusset kits.
