  • Constructed from 3/16” 5052 aluminum and powder coated to resist rust and corrosion, with stainless steel mounting points for added strength.
  • The rack adds 3" of height from the center of the roof.
  • The rack features 90 degree bent channels and pre-cut slots that allow full 360 degree mounting for accessory mounting customization. Integrated hardware cutouts let you slide accessories into place without disassembling the rack.
  • A 90 degree bend in the side panels increases structural rigidity and load-bearing strength. Static load rating is 700 lbs, with a dynamic load rating of 400 lbs, calculated with evenly distributed weight across the rack.
  • The mounting system uses CNC-cut stainless steel feet that distribute weight to reinforced cab points for maximum stability.
  • Engineered specifically for the Tacoma, the integrated wind deflector follows the roof’s natural curve to minimize wind noise and enhance on-road comfort. Even with the light bar cutout variant, it maintains a quiet ride without compromise.
